Can I continue using my mandoline if I haven't had any issues?

After disposing of the julienne attachments, PKP believes that the other components of the mandoline slicers are safe to continue using. 

HOW DO I PROPERLY DISPOSE OF MY JULIENNE ATTACHMENT?

Julienne attachments can simply be disposed of in your regular trash. Please remember that photo of disposal will be needed for the recall form. 

Which models/attachments are affected by the recall?

The julienne blade for the Sharper Image™ Mandoline Slicer with separate julienne attachment (Model Number 12SP1006) and the Frigidaire™ Mandoline Slicer with separate julienne attachment (Model Number 12EP203).
